Melbourne, Australia 25 July 2025 – ImmVirX Pty Limited, a life sciences company focused on developing next-generation, receptor targeted oncolytic RNA immunotherapies to transform outcomes for patients with some of the most prevalent and challenging cancer types, will present an e-poster at the European Society for Medical Oncology (ESMO) Congress taking place in Berlin, Germany on 17-21 October 2025.
The poster (Presentation Number 882eP) will report on the lead asset, IVX037, in the completed Phase 1a monotherapy clinical study which is now ongoing into the Phase 1b in combination with TYVYT® (sintilimab, a PD1 inhibitor). The poster focuses on patients with advanced microsatellite stable (MSS) colorectal cancer (CRC).
IVX037 is a bioselected, non-genetically modified oncolytic RNA virus that targets CD55, a complement regulatory protein frequently overexpressed in CRC, especially in tumours with KRAS mutations.
The e-poster will be available to delegates during the conference via searchable screens located onsite in the e-Poster Area, Hall 25, Level 2. ImmVirX will be represented by CEO Dr Malcolm McColl and CSO Prof. Darren Shafren at the Congress, which is being held at the Messe Berlin.
